Both cottages have 2 rooms where the 1st room is a living room with a futon couch suitable to sleep 1 adult. Each cottage has a separate bedroom with 1 full-size bed. The only difference between the 2 cottages is - Cottage 10 has a smaller bathroom than 16, and Cottage 16 has a slightly smaller living room than 10.
