Everyone with a website knows how difficult it is to put all the information your customer needs to know out on their websites.

What is your smoking policy?We have a NO smoking policy for all of our cottages, the community and laundry rooms.
Do you allow pets?We allow dogs in some of the cottages with a $25 pet-fee. $30 fee for 2x dogs. Must be arranged at time of your reservation and there may be restrictions. Pets are allowed in the RV Park without any fees. We do have some breed restrictions. Same rules for both cottages & RV Park, you must keep them on a leash and pick up after them. We have a trail that leads down to the river and lots of room around the park for walking your pet. We do not allow cats in the cottages.
What time is Check in and Check out?Cottages: Check In is 3:00 pm. Check Out is 11:00 am. RV Park: Check In is 12:00 noon. Check Out time is 11:00. If you will be arriving later than 8:00 pm, please let us know. For later Check out time, if allowed, make arrangements with the office first.
Do you have a pool? Is it heated?Yes, we have a very large 50 x 50 T-shaped pool. No it is not heated (unless you count naturally - by the Sun)
What is your Cancellation Policy?We require 7 days notice for cancellation, and there may be a cancellation fee. Some holiday weekends, which have a 3-day minimum, require 2 weeks notice. We know emergencies occur and we try to be as flexible as possible. Please call us, cancellations on the machine are not acceptable.No call at all will result in loss of your entire deposit or a charge to your card if you haven't paid a deposit.
Do your cottages have Air Conditioning?Air Conditioning is available for the cottages at an additional cost of $5.00 per day. Ask at the office for more information.
Do you have a Laundromat?Yes we do. We have a small laundry facility with 2 washers, and 2 dryers. There is a clothesline right outside the door if you prefer line drying. We sell soap& supplies at the office.
How far are you from the Cog Railway & the Auto Road? We are 11 miles to the base station if you want to take the train. We are approx. 30 miles from the Auto Road, which is the other side of the mountain. The Omni Mount Washington Hotel & Bretton Woods is just 5 miles up the road.
How far are you from Clark's Trading Post, Santa's Village & Storyland?We are approx. 25 minutes from Clark's, 20 minutes from Santa's Village and 30 minutes from Storyland. We are central to all 3 of these attractions.
